DAncing Designers
In Dancing Designers, children design and construct the costumes which they wear for an original dance performance--all with guidance from award winning professionals!
Class OVERVIEW
Kids in Dancing Designers create and construct their own costumes for a final dance performance. Working as a team the class will devise a story linking together selections of music by great composers of various genres. The group will also create "costume" elements --all with guidance from industry professionals such as special guest instructor, Clare Wasserman (who worked on the costume team for Tony Award winning show The Ferryman). In the end, friends and family are invited to a short dance performance to enjoy a presentation of the group's work!
